By using our website, you agree to the following terms:

1. Made-to-Order Products
All products are produced on demand through our fulfilment partner, Gelato. This means items are created only after an order is placed.

2. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for:

• Providing correct shipping details

• Selecting the correct product variants (size, color, etc.)

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

3. Production & Fulfilment
Production and shipping are handled by third-party providers. While we strive for quality and timely delivery, we are not liable for delays outside our control.

4. Product Representation
We make every effort to display products accurately. However:

• Colors and sizes may vary slightly

• Mock-ups are for illustration purposes

5. Intellectual Property
All designs and content are owned by Echoes Gift Shop and may not be copied or reproduced.

6. Limitation of Liability
Echoes Gift Shop shall not be held liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
