All products are made-to-order and fulfilled through our global partner, Gelato.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days before shipping. Production times may vary depending on product type and demand.

Shipping Time Estimates
Delivery times vary based on location:

  • Local/Regional: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Because Gelato uses a global network of print providers, your order may be produced and shipped from the facility closest to you.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected products.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delays & Exceptions
Delays may occur due to:

  • High order volumes

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier issues

These are outside our control, but we will assist in tracking your order.

Incorrect Address
If an incorrect address is provided:

  • The order may be lost or returned

  • We cannot guarantee replacement or refund

Lost or Damaged Packages
