Return & Refund Policy – Echoes Gift Shop

At Echoes Gift Shop, all products are made-to-order through our trusted production partner, Gelato. This means each item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Minor variations in color or design placement

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace or refund the item.

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • Include your order number

Once verified, we will:

  • Send a replacement at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund

Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Print & Color Disclaimer
Please note that:

  • Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings

  • Print placement may vary slightly due to the production process

These variations are normal and not considered defects.
